Association Internationale d'Etudes du Sud-Est Europeen (AIESEE) Conference to be held in Romania


To all National Committees of AIESEE
Dear Colleagues,
The Romanian National Committee of AIESEE thanks all those who have already sent their
proposals of contributions for the 12th Congress of our Association, “Political, Social and
Religious Dynamics in South-East Europe”, and announces the deadline extension for
receiving the applications till 30 June 2018. The proposals, in French or in English, including
the abstract and the name of the aimed session, are to be sent to the same e-mail address:
congress2019@aiesee.org.
Please find in the appendix of this letter the updated list of the proposed sessions. We would
be grateful to you for widely spreading this information to all the institutions and the people who
might be interested in participating in the congress.
The amount of the registration fee varies according to the date in which the payment is
made: 85 Euros before 30 September 2018; 105 Euros before 31st March 2019; 125 Euros
from April 1st, 2019 till the beginning of the Congress. PhD students providing supporting
documents have special fee rates: 45 Euros before 30 September 2018; 55 Euros before 31st March
2019; 65 Euros from April 1st, 2019 till the beginning of the Congress.
The registration fees at the Congress are to be paid into the account of AIESEE:
RO57BRDE410SV95706634100 (Romanian Bank of Development, Academiei branch, Bucharest,
Romania, SWIFT codes: BRDEROBU). The registration fees can be also paid through PayPal, for
the moment upon request at office@aiesee.org and soon on the Congress’ website:
www.congresAIESEE2019.acadsudest.ro.
Other practical aspects, including accommodation suggestions in Bucharest, will be

communicated in the next letters.
